Deck Interview with the Bad Bitches Tarot

Deck Interview with the Bad Bitches Tarot

The deck interview spread I used is Katey Flowers’ ‘Interview your deck.’

  1. What can you teach me? QUEEN OF SWORDS (R.). Almost like the images that the words ‘bad bitches’ evokes, this deck can teach me when it’s time to be a bit emotional and deep in the emm-effing thick of things. Need to know when to poison or cure? This deck will tell you when and how!
  2. Describe yourself. THREE OF WANDS. This deck has got virile force, confidence, and the wind in its sails! It likes movement and a little bit of work from its practitioner. It loves to set action into place related to long-term plans. This deck has got ‘vision’—it sees all the creativity necessary to make the big picture happen. Bold. Courage. Daring. That is this deck for sure.
  3. Describe me. JUDGEMENT. The deck sees me as being at a crossroads between transcending material limitations/constricting circumstances and unlocking significant epiphanies. It believes it has caught me at the time in my life where I’m undergoing a transformation of significant proportion. It knows that I want to serve a higher truth.
  4. How can we work together? THE LOVERS. We’re going to work together swimmingly! If there ever were a pair of deck-and-practitioner who were made for each other TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN,  it is this deck and me! There’s a unity, an understanding, that this deck and I possess. It likes to be action based towards great adventure. And, it knows that I am on the adventure of a lifetime. What better oneness can two points of observation have?!
  5. Your strengths. THE STAR (R.). Shamanically, or magically, this deck’s strengths involve working with elemental spirits, and with earth and plant medicines. It’s also a great deck for when I want to use it to plan out life based on astrological transits/alignments. Basically, this deck’s highest strength involves healing that which needs healing—in myself and others.
  6. Your weaknesses. KING OF WANDS. This deck has a penchant for advocating fiery tempered action as a default. Beware!
  7. Our potential together. KING OF CUPS (R.). This deck will be able to help me navigate emotional situations without taking it personally. Also, it will help bring to the surface that which is beneath the watery depths. If I need healthy emotionally detached advice, there is potential to have that with this deck. Wuhoo!
